Membership questions
You choose a plan, pay for it monthly or annually, and download designs from the catalogue for as long as your membership is active. Files are delivered instantly — nothing is posted to you, and you will need an embroidery machine and a way to transfer the files to it.
Monthly Maker is $19.99 every month. All-Access Monthly is $25.00 every month. All-Access Annual is $199.00 every year. Memberships renew automatically each period until you cancel, and you can see your next billing date in your account at any time.
It depends on the plan. Monthly Maker: you can choose up to 10 designs each month, and your allowance resets on the same date every month. A design you have taken is yours to keep — it stays in your account to re-download for free, and never counts against your allowance again. All-Access Monthly: you can choose up to 15 designs each month, and your allowance resets on the same date every month. A design you have taken is yours to keep — it stays in your account to re-download for free, and never counts against your allowance again. All-Access Annual: you can choose up to 20 designs each month, and your allowance resets on the same date every month. A design you have taken is yours to keep — it stays in your account to re-download for free, and never counts against your allowance again.
The files you have already downloaded are yours to keep and to use under the licence you downloaded them with — cancelling never revokes that. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. Every design you choose with your monthly allowance is saved to your account permanently — you can re-download it at any time, in every included format, even after your membership ends.
Every download under a membership is licensed for personal use. Personal covers gifts and items you keep; small business and extended licences cover selling finished items you stitch. The full terms are in our Licence Guide.
Every format listed on a design's page is included in its download — across the catalogue that is DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, JEF+, PCS, PEC, PES, SEW, VP3 and XXX. You always get all of the formats a design includes, never just one, so you do not have to choose before you download.
Your membership keeps working for 3 days while we retry the payment. If it still has not gone through after that, downloads pause until it does — nothing you have already downloaded is affected, and your membership is not deleted.
Yes to the first, no to the second. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account whenever you like and your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. You are never billed again after you cancel.
