Refund Policy

All sales are final once a file is delivered
Our designs are instant digital downloads. Because the file is delivered to you the moment your order completes, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a design has been downloaded or otherwise accessed.
You agree to immediate delivery
By downloading or accessing a design you confirm that you want immediate delivery and you accept that the order is then complete and non-refundable. Please check the listing — including the included formats and the licence tier — before you buy.
Goodwill exceptions, at our discretion
We want every file to work for you. As a goodwill matter — and at our discretion — we will repair, replace or refund where:
- a file is corrupt or will not open, and we cannot supply a working version;
- a download genuinely fails and cannot be delivered; or
- you were accidentally charged twice for the same design.
How to get help
If something is not right, contact us first — we would much rather fix it. Email support@embroiderynsewing.com with your order number and a short description of the problem (for an unstitchable file, the machine and format you are using helps), and we will work with you to put it right.
Chargebacks
Because we are happy to help with any genuine problem, please come to us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute. Opening a dispute without contacting us — or disputing a charge for a design you have downloaded and kept — may lead to your account being suspended and any affected licences revoked while we investigate.
Consumer law
Where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country gives you rights that override this policy, we honour them. Nothing here limits any right you cannot lawfully be asked to waive.
